Getting Started
Creating Your Account
- Click Register Free in the top-right corner of the website.
- Enter your name, email address, and choose a password.
- Click Register – your account is created immediately.
- You will receive a welcome email confirming your registration.
- Log in using your email and password at any time via the Sign In button.
Tip: Use a strong password and an email address you check regularly – download links are sent to this address.
Making Your First Purchase
- Browse the catalogue or use the search bar to find your product.
- Click the product to open its page and review the description, screenshots, and compatibility information.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Review your cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your billing details.
- Choose your payment method – PayPal or Razorpay.
- Complete the payment. Your order is confirmed instantly.
Product Delivery: Your download link will be sent to your email and will appear in
My Account → Downloads within 3–6 hours. In most cases it is instant.
Downloading Your Products

Log into your account at
wpdesignvault.com/my-account/
- Click Downloads in the left sidebar.
- Locate the product you want to download.
- Click the Download button to save the file to your computer.
Note: Check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive a download email. The sender will be
support@wpdesignvault.com
.
Installing Products
Installing a WordPress Theme
- Download the theme .zip file from My Account → Downloads.
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
- Choose the .zip file and click Install Now.
- After installation, click Activate to make it your active theme.
- Most themes include a demo import feature – follow the on-screen instructions in the theme options panel.
Common issue: If you see an “upload size exceeded” error, contact your hosting provider to increase
the PHP upload limit to at least 64MB.
Installing a WordPress Plugin
- Download the plugin .zip file from My Account → Downloads.
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Choose the .zip file and click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin.
- Configure the plugin via its settings page.
Importing Theme Demo Content
- Go to Appearance → Theme Options or look for a setup wizard notification.
- Follow the setup wizard and click Import Demo.
- Wait for the import to complete (1–5 minutes depending on hosting).
- Your site will now match the theme’s demo design.
Note: Demo import replaces some existing content. We recommend doing this on a fresh WordPress
installation or a staging environment first.
Managing Your Account
Viewing Past Orders
Go to My Account → Orders to view all past purchases.
Re-downloading Products
Go to My Account → Downloads at any time. There is no download limit.
Updating Your Profile
Go to My Account → Account Details to update your information.
Resetting Your Password

- Click Lost your password?
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox and follow the instructions.
Troubleshooting
My download link is not working
Try right-clicking the download button and selecting “Save Link As.” If the link has expired, contact
support@wpdesignvault.com
with your order number.
The theme/plugin is not compatible
Check the product page for requirements. Update your WordPress and PHP version. If the issue persists,
contact support.
White screen after installing
- Deactivate all plugins
- Switch to a default WordPress theme
- Increase PHP memory limit to 256MB
- Reactivate items one by one
I purchased the wrong product
