Important Notice – Digital Products Policy
WP Design Vault sells digital products only – WordPress themes, plugins, HTML templates, and related digital assets. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once your product has been delivered and made available for download.
This policy is consistent with standard digital marketplace practices and is in line with consumer protection regulations that recognise digital products as non-returnable once access has been granted.
Product Delivery
All products purchased on WP Design Vault are delivered digitally. After your payment is successfully confirmed:
Your purchased product will be made available for download within 3–6 hours
A download link will be sent to your registered email address
Your download will also appear in your My Account → Downloads page
In most cases, access is near-instant; the 3–6 hour window covers exceptional processing delays
If you do not receive your product or download access within 6 hours of payment confirmation, please contact our support team immediately.
When a Refund Is Available
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, refunds are only available in the following specific circumstance:
✓ Product Not Received After Payment
If you have completed payment successfully but have not received access to your purchased product within 3–6 hours of payment confirmation – and our support team is unable to resolve the delivery issue – you are entitled to a full refund.
To qualify, you must:
Contact us within 24 hours of your payment at support@wpdesignvault.com
Confirm that you have checked your spam/junk folder for the download email
Confirm that you have checked your My Account → Downloads page
Allow our team up to 6 hours to resolve the delivery issue before a refund is processed
Non-Refundable Circumstances
✗ Product Already Delivered
Once your product has been made available for download – whether through your account or email – the sale is final and no refund will be issued, regardless of whether you have downloaded the file.
✗ Change of Mind
You completed the purchase and received the product but no longer want it or changed your mind.
✗ Incorrect Purchase
You purchased the wrong product, wrong version, or a product that does not match your intended use. Please carefully review all product details, screenshots, and descriptions before purchasing.
✗ Compatibility Issues
The product does not work with your specific WordPress version, PHP version, hosting environment, or third-party plugins. Compatibility requirements are listed on each product page – please verify compatibility before purchasing.
✗ Technical Issues You Caused
The product does not work due to modifications you made to the theme or plugin files, or conflicts caused by your specific server configuration.
✗ Product Works as Described
The product is functioning correctly but does not meet your personal expectations, aesthetic preferences, or requirements that were not stated in the product description.
✗ Accounts in Violation
Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for any refund.
How to Report a Non-Delivery
If you believe your product has not been delivered within 3–6 hours of payment, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Check your downloads:
Log into wpdesignvault.com/my-account/ and go to Downloads
Check your registered email inbox and your spam / junk folder for a download email from support@wpdesignvault.com
Step 2 – Contact us within 24 hours:
Email support@wpdesignvault.com with the subject line: “Non-Delivery Report – [Your Order Number]”
Include the following:
Your full name and registered email address
Order number and exact date and time of payment
Screenshot of your payment confirmation
Confirmation that you have checked My Account and your spam folder
Step 3 – We respond and resolve:
Our team will respond within 6 hours (business hours) and work to resolve the delivery issue. If we are unable to deliver your product, a full refund will be processed.
Step 4 – Refund processing:
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or Razorpay) within 5–10 business days.
