WP Design Vault (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital marketplace based in India, providing premium WordPress themes, plugins, HTML templates, and digital design assets. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on WP Design Vault.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not create more than one personal account without our express permission. Accounts created to circumvent restrictions will be terminated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.
All WordPress themes and plugins available on WP Design Vault are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This means:
You may use the product on unlimited websites that you own or manage.
You may modify the source code for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the products as your own on other marketplaces or platforms.
Design assets, images, and non-code components included with products may carry separate licensing terms as specified in each product’s documentation.
All products sold on WP Design Vault are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you gain immediate access to download your files through your My Account → Downloads page.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, screenshots, and feature lists are accurate. Products are sold as-is and may vary slightly from their descriptions due to version updates by the original developers.
All purchases include access to product updates for as long as the product remains available in our marketplace.
All prices are displayed in INR (₹) or USD ($) as shown on the product page, and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is final.
We accept payment via PayPal and Razorpay (supporting credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets). All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Applicable taxes, including GST where required under Indian law, may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
All products on WP Design Vault are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, your download will be made available within 3–6 hours via your My Account → Downloads page and by email. If you do not receive access to your product within 6 hours of payment confirmation, please contact us immediately.
Because all products are digital downloads, all sales are final once your product has been delivered and made available for download. We do not offer refunds on digital products that have been successfully delivered, as they cannot be returned.
The only exception to this policy is if you have not received your purchased product within 3–6 hours of payment confirmation and our team is unable to resolve the delivery issue. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund.

WP Design Vault, its name, logo, website design, and all original content are the intellectual property of WP Design Vault and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Products available in our marketplace remain the intellectual property of their respective original developers. WP Design Vault acts as a distribution platform, not the original creator.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or use any part of the WP Design Vault website, content, or branding without our express written permission.
By using WP Design Vault, you agree NOT to:
Redistribute, resell, or sub-license any purchased products on other marketplaces or platforms.
Share account credentials to allow others to access downloads without purchasing.
Attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, or bypass any product licence system beyond what is permitted by the GPL.
Upload, transmit, or link to malicious code, spam, or illegal content.
Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for products that have been downloaded.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our website.
Harass, threaten, or abuse our support team or other users.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and pursuit of legal remedies.
WP Design Vault accepts product requests through our Product Request page. By submitting a request:
You acknowledge that we may not be able to source all requested products.
You understand that sourced products are subject to availability and our standard pricing.
You grant us permission to contact you via email regarding your request.
All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that products will be compatible with every environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, WP Design Vault’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted through informal resolution via our support team at support@wpdesignvault.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use of WP Design Vault after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
