No, you can check out as a guest. However, we strongly recommend creating a free account before purchasing. With an account, all your purchases are saved in one place under My Account → Downloads, making it easy to re-download products anytime without searching your email.
As soon as your payment is confirmed by PayPal or Razorpay, your order is processed. A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with your download link. The product also becomes available in your My Account → Downloads page. In most cases this is near-instant, but can take up to 3–6 hours in exceptional cases.
First, check your spam or junk folder for the download email. Then log into your account and check My Account → Downloads. If the product is still not available, email us at support@wpdesignvault.com with your order number and we will resolve it immediately. If we cannot deliver your product, you are entitled to a full refund.
After downloading, you will have a .zip file. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme, and upload the .zip file. Click Install and then Activate. Most themes also include a demo importer to replicate the demo design in one click.
Download the plugin .zip file from your My Account → Downloads page. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the .zip, and click Install Now, then Activate. If the plugin requires a licence key, it will be included in your download package.
